Moxie Store - Return & Refund Policy
1. 30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
• Customer Remorse: For returns due to change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we will cover the return costs or offer a replacement.
4. Mandatory Proof for Damages
To process a claim for damaged or defective items, customers must provide clear photos and/or a short video of the product and the packaging. Without this evidence, we may not be able to process a refund or replacement.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and hazardous materials. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
6. How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at supportmoxie@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
